Spearmint

One plant in a 4.5” pot. Cold-hardy perennial.

Another one of those garden-fresh herbs that stands head and shoulders above its supermarket counterpart.

Important: mint is an aggressive grower, and is capable of taking over a garden if it has water and fertile soil. We strongly suggest growing it in a large pot. We’ve had success burying a potted mint plant in our garden - with the lip of the pot about an inch above the soil surface, to keep her contained (just make sure there are a couple drip emitters in the pot).
